「人類生命，受孕而生，老病而死，源於天主，無比珍貴。」
本會矢志從旁協助個人、夫婦及家庭團體，明認生命是充溢著愛、尊重和尊嚴，是可貴的。這是天主的意旨。
在婚姻內，夫婦孕育生命，是愛之所致，是天主極珍貴的恩賜。為此，藉與天主合作，我們就能時刻喜樂地生活。不論環境順逆，參與天主的計劃，日日共享天恩，人人蒙受祝福。「喜樂生命 / Joy of Life」的使命
喚醒社會人士對人類生命的關注，並維護人類生命的價值。
藉著教育、培訓、宣傳、招募工作及祈禱，凝聚普羅大眾，同心建立生命的文化。

「喜樂生命 / Joy of Life」成立的目的
幫助人認識生命的價值，是由受孕一刻直到生命的自然終結，「喜樂」與「生命」是互相緊扣的。我們相信只要心中有真正的「喜樂」，人是會選擇「生命」的。
